1. Overview
Our return and refund policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery for machinery and agricultural equipment. Due to the nature of heavy equipment, we only accept returns if:
✅ The product is unused
✅ The product has manufacturing defects
✅ The product is in original packaging with all manuals and accessories
After 7 days, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following products cannot be returned:
- Used or installed machinery
- Products damaged due to customer mishandling
- Spare parts installed on any equipment
- Custom orders or special-order items
- Perishable or consumable items (engine oil, lubricants, etc.)
- Digital or downloadable products
3. Proof of Purchase
To complete your return, we require:
- Original invoice or order confirmation
- Product serial number and images showing condition
Please do not send products directly to the manufacturer without approval.
4. Inspection & Approval
After we receive the returned item:
- Our service technician will inspect it for quality and defects
- We will notify you regarding approval or rejection
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
5. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may apply if:
- Product shows signs of use or installation
- Package is damaged or missing parts
- Return raised after 7 days but before 15 days (evaluation required)
6. Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged due to manufacturer faults.

7. Warranty Claims
Most machinery products come with a manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty terms depend on brand policies and will be honored accordingly.
We assist customers in coordinating warranty service with authorized service centers.
8. Shipping Returns
To return your product, ship it to:
